The quality of life depends on the liver. The liver is one of the largest most important organs in the human body, responsible for maintaining dietary functions and blood sugar levels among other things.
Liver defines the quality of life. It is one of the largest and vital organs in the human body performing wide range of functions including detoxification, biochemicals production, dietary functions, protein synthesis, metabolism, storage of glycogen and decomposition of red blood cells etc. The most remarkable feature of liver is its natural regeneration ability. Thus it becomes quite essential to keep your liver in a healthy state. It can be achieved by following certain natural ways like-
• Avoid processed food items: - The processed foods contain sweeteners, artificial flavor, preservatives and addictives which are harmful for liver health. These all substances are waste for your body.
• Avoid eating overcooked food: - try to eat fresh food items especially fried veggies. Do not store them. Overcooked food also adds to the burden of liver.
• Stay away from pollutants and smoke: - Air pollutants such as vehicle emission and smoke may cause severe damage to the respiratory system and has same effect on the liver
• Avoid taking many medications: - Intake of too much medication may cause liver damage especially synthetic medications. However try to take only prescribed medicines after consulting doctor.
• Skipping breakfast: - This will make your liver to work double to produce more energy for us to use. Furthermore breakfast is the first meal of the day which gives us energy to start our work. Thus make sure to take breakfast every day.
• Urinate in the morning: - It is quite essential to urinate in the morning when you woke up as it helps to reduce the burden of liver by removing bad elements and toxic materials
