There are various causes of Liver congestion which happens
due to overeating, obesity, alcohol, use of certain drugs and unusual secretion
of growth hormones. Faulty eating habits like eating too much of spicy and junk
food, smoking, etc. can lead to liver ailments. If we keep on taking unhealthy
food it leads to liver congestion. Hence it is necessary to cleanse the liver to
detoxify the liver and flush out harmful toxins.
In today's times it is obvious that we take in thousands of
chemicals every day, from what we eat, drink and breathe. It is significant to keep the body healthy and fit
by reducing all types of digestive disorders.
