The basic functions of the liver are to make proteins, store
and process fat and carbohydrates, make and secrete bile, removal of toxins,
aid in digestion etc. The living standards today and work pressure have
forced people to resort to quick diets which may hinder healthy liver

You should also exercise regularly which helps prevent fat

hydrated for proper functioning of the liver.
