The liver is an important organ
in our body and to keep it healthy we need to have a good diet and
lifestyle. Try and avoid all refined
grains, sugar and processed foods that contain sugar. Eat brown rice, millet and natural whole
grain bread and reduce carbohydrate intake.
You should eat quality protein daily like eggs, legumes, raw nuts and
seeds and increased your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink fresh vegetable juices like carrot,
beetroot, celery, spinach etc. To reduce
high cholesterol levels eat rice bran on a daily basis.
